Cosetta, I agree with you regarding the gym.  Wouldn't it be nice to have a gym with A/C and showers. I was amazed at the price of the membership for such little equipment and facilities.  Anyone thinking of opening a Fitness First?

Hi Bee - the gym actually does have a/c (when they choose to turn it on - or you can ask for it to be turned on!) and I'm pretty sure that there is a shower in the communal toilets for the whole Yali complex.  Yes the prices are steep (by Kalkan standards) but I think the facilities are good - 4 good running machines, 2 cross trainers, 1 rower, 2 recumbent bicyles, plenty of weight machines, fit balls, free weights, mats and 10 spinning bikes (there are also 3 spinning/rpm classes on Mon, Weds & Friday - 9 sessions in .  Not a Fitness First by any stretch of the imagination but I don't think that is too bad really do you...??

I don't remember this being there last September .  Has it opened since then?

All of the new supermarkets have opened/will open since end of December.

I will still use my little back street shop! Open all day every day ALL year never fails. I am only there on holiday so I really only need basic's - It would be different if I lived in Kalkan variation and all that! But hey look what tesco and the likes have done to England!!!!!!
