Nearly trip time

I will be there the same time; you'll fiind me in the Thursday market looking for 36" shorts, as 35" ones I bought there last year seem to have shrunk.

Antler, a few times up and down the new steps by the kalamar/harbour service road ought to sort those shorts out...right in front of the Med Apartments so there's no excuse

the sizing on those market shorts is all over the place.....i bet you are really wearing 40's

M&S Confirmed today that my shorts need to be 36". And they are usually so generous?!Can't believe it.

So I will take my running shoes next week and go up and down the Kalamar Road, but it will have to be at 6am....

That's the plan....

Enjoy the trip... and the running!!  If the 36" start to slide down the streamlined torso then its time to stop running and have a LAL Rose and a Mediteran Mushroom Risotto.

Definitely won't be fading away!  Just spoken to Adam & confirmed a meal on Sunday, so that's a very good start. After that, its just me, the running shoes and the Kalamar Road! Maybe with the odd stop at Cafe Vita, Chillis or..............?!
