Hey guys and gals,

My girlfriend and I are heading out to Kalkan tomorrow.  We were originally going to Marmaris but were travelling with Goldtrail and were told the company had gone in administration when we got to the gate, but thankfully we managed to get booked up to the Samir Deluxe at the last minute.

Because it was the only deal in town we had to jump at it and so had a lot of anxieties over Kalkan.  Having read your forum though, I can't wait to get there and it's really refreshing to see people on the internet being nice to each other! (The reason why I never join forums)

Anyway cheers guys, I'll be the tall tanned Glaswegian with the pale Belfast girl whose re-applying her mosquito repellent every 2 minutes

Have a fantastic time!! 
You will make many friends im sure!! Some will stay with you for your holiday and some will stay with you forever but whatever the circumstances enjoy and have fun and the Kalkan bug will get you!!!

  Goldtrail going bust is terrible for everyone concerned but for you its lead you to Kalkan,i hope you fall in love with it as we have,enjoy and keep us posted.x
