Hi there.  Does anyone know how I can make a reservation at Chapter One restaurant, prior to arriving in June 2011.  They don't have a website (very frowned upon these days!) so no way of finding out their email address.  My husband celebrates his birthday in the week we are in Kalkan and I would really like to get a table secured before our arrival.  As the restaurant is getting rave reviews I don't want to be disappointed and find that when I get there no tables are free for the night I want.  Many thanks.

i know the owners of this restaurant. i will contact them and let them know of your interest. i believe that they will not be opening until the first week in may. i am sure you will have a lovely birthday evening with them
