Jewellers in Kalkan
« on: March 08, 2011, 10:01:18 AM »
Hi everyone,

My neice has given me two small gemstones that she purchased in Rio last year. she would like them either to be set into  rings or pendans for her daughters,

Has anyone had jewellery made in Kalkan and if so would it be very expensive?

Barb

I went  to a shop last year which was next door to the  postcard and bookshop. I wanted an earring altereed that  pinched my ear. they put on a new piece and only charged 10 lira but not sure if they would be able to do this type of work,....this is in the same  road as the  Olive Garden. Is this near to your jeweller.

It does sound like Yardans, he has made my friends some nice pieces, one where he set a coffee bean into a necklace which is lovely, i would be very suprised if he couldn't do it. Yardan is the guy with the ponytail!

Can highly recommend Sedat at Infinity.  Have bought 'off the shelf' and also individual pieces made up.  Delighted with all.
