Hi,

My Wife bought a ring last August from Infinity Jewellers and the diamond has come out of the ring. Took to a local jewellers who said it would be too expensive to repair and advised going through insurance which we are reluctant to do.
We have bought watch and jewellery previously from Infinity and had no problems.
Sadly we are not in Kalkan this year so contacted them initially by e-mail but it kept on bouncing back as undeliverable. Have also phoned twice but they gave different e-mail addresses but they also came back as undeliverable. Also gave phone number but still no contact from them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know what you've tried, but KTLN and the TAG-Heuer website give the number:

KTLN also give the email:

I may have some other contacts that are different, but I can't access them until later - I'll report back if they are different.

You could try asking on KTLN feedback and see if there's a more direct answer from a resident.

Gemstones do fall out for various reasons.  If the ring is damaged, it does first need rebuilding.  But if the prongs are reasonably intact, you can buy quality certified diamonds online much cheaper than from a jeweler.  Then you take the new one to be put back in.  Have done this 3 times.
