Yildiz 1's lovely food !

We were lucky enough to go on a boat trip with Adem and his lovely wife and young son on Yildiz 1 in October. It was the highlight of our 2nd visit to Kalkan and we loved the food that they prepared on board. Does anyone happen to know the recipe for the delicious chicken/tomato/yoghurt? casserole that they served onboard and the wonderful cauliflower/yoghurt/garlic and paprika dish ? I would love to make it at home - won't be as good as in Kalkan, but at least it will remind me of there.
Any help would be MOST appreciated.

You're right Kalkanfan. We were with the Osmans in  October too. Scrummy food. Let us know if they share the secrets!
