We were lucky enough to go on a boat trip with Adem and his lovely wife and young son on Yildiz 1 in October. It was the highlight of our 2nd visit to Kalkan and we loved the food that they prepared on board. Does anyone happen to know the recipe for the delicious chicken/tomato/yoghurt? casserole that they served onboard and the wonderful cauliflower/yoghurt/garlic and paprika dish ? I would love to make it at home - won't be as good as in Kalkan, but at least it will remind me of there.
Any help would be MOST appreciated.
