We are arriving in Kalkan on Wdnesday and my partner wants to watch the football where is the best place to watch it?

You will find screens in lots of places ..it's personal choice.....we tend to favour yali bar.......half way down the road to the harbour....large projector screen and a large screen telly.....(beer 5 TL for a large draught Efes)

Hey BL a young chap called Musa (used to work in the hardware store) and his cousin are now running Yali - is it going well for them? Really hope so, he's a lovely fellow. Looking forward to trying it soon.

that will be a cracking game on Wednesday...we watched all the sport in Moonlight, but as BH is a passionate Welshman, seeing both Cardiff and Saracens get beat there has made him feel its an unlucky place, so we'll be looking for a new venue next year
Someone, not a million miles away from this post has had a bet on Holland before the tournament started.....at very good odds. But as a Liverpool fan, I'm also backing Spain (no money riding on it though.. )

yes Musa is a nice chappie...Dormus taking a year out by the sound of it.....He seems to have tidied the loos up a bit and is trying hard

Alan....it's obvious the reason we are rubbish is that we haven't got a lucky Octopus like the Germans....the little fella lives in a German zoo and has so far predicted all the wins....i expect after the world cup to see a German Newspaper headline..."Zookeeperen Vins Da Loterry"

Yes BL, all our players were rubbish...which I hope means no-one will want to buy them. The fact that Dirk Kuyt who can't hit a barn door might end up with a World Cup winners medal, is bizarre
