Winter Rental

Information required please.

 We are considering renting a simple 1 bed property, preferably central to Kalkan for about a month say around February or March. Where to start looking and what sort of price would be expected.
I feel sure that there is a lot of experience available out there, so thanks in advance.

Hi, people here rents either 12 monts around or summer rentals. If you are going to rent something for 2 - 3 months apprx. you will pay something like 1000 GBP. If you need help let me know.

Hi KEP are you an estate agent
For £1000 for three months in the winter that is 2500 TL or 835 TL a month - when you may pay 300 / 400 TL for a good place
Where are you letting ?
