Pool Costs per annum ?

Can you give us some idea of what you are paying for your pool maintenance and chemicals per annum. There are 3 of us in our apartment block - we have a small pool (about 10 metres long) - and we are being charged £1500 per annum to maintain it by the original builder. Is this reasonable?  Thanks

We are being charged £60 per month for garden and pool maintenance, and find that becoming 'excessive' during the winter season.
