ps the new Burger King in Fethiye is very large -seems to be over 2/3 floors opposite Carrafour and it is nearly finished

Less rubbish around. People, especially builders, dump stuff anywhere. What is the process for this? Is there a local tip? Are the council responsible for clearing up random litter? There seems to be a shortage of bins.
