Fuel Prices down ......

OK - Petrol is now 83.9p at the pump in my local filling station a massive reduction from the highs of £1.27.  Wonder when we are likely to see the airlines feeding through the reductions from thier fuel costs to the passenger ?  I think I''m gonna write to my MP & ask.

Don''t hold your breath. At least 50% of the worlds''s airlines were facing bankruptcy with the higher fuel costs and many still are. Expect price rises in future as the loco loss-leader airlines put others out of the running and then step back into the real world with their own pricing.

Nope - not holding my breath...  I am a realist,  but I do think some are just ''raking'' it back in now (bit like the Gas/Electricity companies).
