Location of Samira Deluxe apartments

Please could somebody remind me of the location of the Samira Deluxe apartments.

If they are where I think they are, up the hillside, is there a shuttle bus ?

just up the hill from the new road no buses for the first 2 weeks of august but they were talking about a limited service when we left just going down not back up the hill still it will keep you fit it did with us!
