Dont know about likya but the Asfiya is a fantastic hotel. I would love to go back to it, our room had a part sea view but to be honest  rarely looked at it. we spent all day by the sea, and if you sit on the roof top around the pool you get a stunning view. Unless anyone says Likya is amazing I wouldnt change. Asfiya is about the right distance into town, easy to walk in and just before the steep bit.

I had a look around the Likaya two weeks ago.  It''s situated just below the Regency so not much further to walk into town than from the Asfiya.  The rooms are stunning as are the bar and spa areas.  My one concern is that the outdoor pool seems very small for the size of hotel and does not have a lot of room for sunbeds around it.  If that is not a concern I would seriously consider a swap. However having stayed at the Asfiya (where the suite rooms are excellent) I would agree with Holidayfever that it is a great base for a holiday in Kalkan.

Had a guided tour last week.I would say now the best hotel in Kalkan.Top floor suites all have jacuzzis as well as shower rooms.standard rooms very nice with lots of room and very large private balcony.A very easy flat walk into Kalkan on the fairly new coast path (runs in front of meldi,Dionysia & Samira Gardens)I think it will be exclusive to Tapestry but they will accept accom. only bookings.
