Jeep Safari
« on: June 17, 2008, 09:01:34 PM »
Hi all,
Looking forward to going to Kalkan for the first time in August, although we have been loads of times to Turkey.  Love going on jeep safari as you can see alot more of the surrounding areas and have a lovely day out to boot.
We are a family of 6 who have been on and enjoyed loads of previous jeep safaris in the past in Turunc, Dalyan.
Any suggestions would be greatly received.
lol

We''re just back from our first visit to Kalkan and did a jeep safari with Adda Tours - you can get a discount by booking through Enjoy Kalkan.  Went to Xanthos, Saklikent Gorge and Patara beach - lots of off road and a brilliant day with an excellent lunch included.  The gorge is just fabulous - just make sure you take waterproof footwear (Crocs or similar are ideal).  You''ll have a blast!  ;D

It cost £25 each - don''t know about discount for children I''m afraid.  If you book at the Adda office in town and mention Enjoy Kalkan you''ll get a 20% discount.  Worth every penny!
