Jeep Safari

Hi, anyone been on a Jeep Safari? Just wondering whether it would be something good to do when we come over in July with 3 late teens? is it a particularly rough ride, where do you go - what do you do? Any help/thoughts much appreciated.

Cracking day out!!..expect to get dirty and dusty!..they have different routes depending what you book..generally they go into the mountains and usually includes finding water!!  some call in at Saklikent or Patara or maybe Letoon on the way back..look around for what suits you ..eg route and jeep sizes etc

As Blue Lizzard says it is a fab day out, but be careful which one you book, because a few years ago I went on one in Oludenez, and we were told that we would stop on the way back while they washed the jeeps down, and we got back after 8pm! a really long day, although a lot of fun! Just make sure you take lots of sun cream and wear a hat as you can get really sunburnt.
