I agree with all you say Christina, since Kalkan has come under the Kas empire it has gone down hill in many ways, the people of Kalkan have no say in ther own future any more. :( ???

I don't class Kalkan "Beach" as a Beach..Imo it is a flat area covered in stones nothing more. To me a Beach conjures up images of warm sand which is easy to walk on not that makes you tippy toe about in rubber shoes. That said it should be tidy and useable for those that wish to use it ..........Patara is a beach and so is Kaputas but for me Patara wins this one hands down ;)
People Of Britain.. When your missus asks "Does my bum look big in this? Never say "Dunno your blocking the light."... just sayin ????

With so much comment  & bad feeling re the harbour & beach mentioned on this forum by some villa owners & visitors alike, perhaps someone should start some sort of petition & submit it to the Kas authorities, you never know you might do some good.

Really it is a problem for the electorate who live in Kalkan both business owners and general population to make their feelings known if they wish..I cant see the relevant people giving a flying wotsit what a bunch of foreigners think regardless of being resident or tourist.
