Advice please

We have just bought an apartment in Kalkan and are really looking forward to the 2013 season when we can use it and let it to friends.
We were wondering if anyone can recommend a good company who would service the flat before our guests come out and after they've gone? We are not going to let it too often, just occasionally to people we know and trust. We would like to be able to use a servicing company ad hoc, just as and when needed.
Would be grateful for any advice. thank you.
