Regency Hotel barbeque Night

We are holidaying in Alkan for the first time in September and friends who have been before have recommended we go to the Barbeque Night at the Regency Hotel which is near the villa we are staying at.
I have emailed the hotel to request if they accept bookings from non residents but they have not replied.
Can anyone tell me if non residents can attend and what is the barbecue like. Also how do I go about booking because the hotel seem unresponsive.

Hi, you will love Kalkan I'm sure. Re the Regency, did you book through a company eg Exclusive Escapes or Discerning Collection. Might be worth making a quick call to them. I do think that in the past though the bbq night may have been open to non residents as I recall them posting about it on EK.

Hi. Thanks for this. We have actually booked through The Turquoise Collection as we prefered the villa they had. If I don't hear back from the hotel today I will call the Turquise Collection and see if they can book for us as I know they have an office in Kalkan.
