Another Earthquake

We had a small earthquake about 30 mins ago, wobbled the top terrace at Foto pizza. Not as big as last months so probably no damage.

After seeing your posts and speaking to a couple of other people who hadn't noticed anything I was beginning to think I had either imagined it or Foto's terrace was beginning to fall down. But no it was real, lots of reports of a 5.6 magnitude earthquake offshore from Kalkan, with one injury reported.

Conclusion is, if there is an earthquake you either need to be safely floating on a water hammock or so desperate for a pizza you don't care about little matters like earthquakes (i hope the pizza got to you safely and was good).

The upper terrace at Foto's has got to be one of the best places in Kalkan for a afternoon/evening drink, the view is fabulous and compared to the likes of Moonlight/Yali etc. they are almost giving away the drinks and snacks.

The quake struck fifty-one miles southwest of Kalkan, Turkey. The quake was sixty-eight miles southeast of Rodos, Greece, officials tell news. The quake erupted sixty-nine miles south of Fethiye, Turkey and the same distance southeast of Trianta, Greece. No injuries have been reported by local news.
