Had a lovely meal at AKIN on Wednesday evening.  Staff so friendly and with such an extensive menu. Food was really good and a complimentary coffee and apple tea at the end of our meal completed a very pleasant dining experience.

One of my favourites too.   A visit to Kalkan would not be complete without at least one meal at Akin.   Only three more sleeps to go.........

I remember the first time we went to Kalkan in 2002 that restaurant was a fish place and the cats used to sit on the wall all round the edge.  Then near the end of the evening a guy in the kitchen used to  bang a tin plate and all the cats from miles around used to run up there to get all the fish leftovers.  There must have been at least 50 of them!  Never forgotten it.
