Aklan Akdag

Does anbody know if Aklan is in Kalkan this summer? We arrive on the 20th July and leave on the 6th August! we would love to see him again we saw him in Kaptans last August but in april this year we were told he was in Istanbul.

I spoke to him on Sunday (I know, rock n roll and all that) and he will be at Parc twice a week from early June and may well be elsewhere in between.  He played at Mussakka's anniversary party on Saturday.  If you have any favourite tunes, he has asked a few of us to come up with possible new material.  Rumours of an 'Unplugged' CD of his covers are yet to be confirmed....

Not that i am a big fan of Zakk`s but i am learning guitar and would love to be able to play like him.

We will also consume a few Efes and a snack or two while we are there.
Maybe give the quiz a miss this time as it was a tad bit difficult in April this year!!!

Update on Aklan - he will be playing at Parc on Thursdays and Sundays and at Topaz on Kalamar road on Fridays.  Music lovers may also like to come to listen to Müfide Inselel at Topaz on Saturdays and Tuesdays at Parc after the quiz season ends in mid June.
