Roadworks

Just seen a little post on the KTLN website about the road works which have brought a downer on someone's holiday.  Does anyone know where they are?? S

I think it may be the new access road to Kormaluk which is just below the D400. It runs from the top of the old town. In early May they were making a big trench to make a thick supporting wall up to the D400, possibly because of the rock fall they had at the beach in winter.
