Long Term Rental

Morning - can anyone advise on how one might go about renting an apartment in Kalkan for a year?  Specifically, my friend is looking for two bedrooms, reasonably close to the centre of Kalkan (ie no big hills to hike home and Kalamar is too far), with a pool - at least during the summer months.  It should also be furnished to a decent standard.  Importantly, does anyone have any idea on how much this would cost?  Much appreciated, Layla x
