samira Hotel/Apartments

Does anyone know if the Samira hotel and apartments are open?  I have been sending emails to,a couple of addresses that I have found online but, no reply.  Need to book flights but need to know room availability.  Think they open April until October but thought someone would be dealing with bookings.
Help please.

i booked on thomas cook - hotels only - & was very cheap. you could do that? just i found when e mailing direct to owners it was coming in a lot more . i paid £200 for 10 nights  for 2 (end of may/sart june) for the one in town (not the deluxe)
