laying the new Road in Kormuluk

Does anyone know if or when they are going to finish the new minor road from Patara Prince to the Town, I was  there in October last year and it was pretty lethal then, I heard the council would complete before beginning of season, but noting seems to have happened yet?  Anybody know anything?????
