s'cold, s'wet and windy( It's yer sprahts init.)

Anybody else feeling the cold? I'm scared to switch on the heating in case my new fixed tariff deal is not all it promised.

Heaven knows what OAP's are doing? Dying in their droves I should think, now that 'Dave' has lopped £50 off their winter fuel support so that MPs can get back on the 'Gravy Train'.

Weather and volcanoes permitting, two weeks tomorrow and we are back out to Kalkan. I predict 2 weeks of gloriously sunny weather, with temperatures reaching +++C, good food, (that doesn't need to be all carbohydrates just to keep you warm) and pleasant company.

Where ever in the world you have chosen to eat your turkey we should remember to be grateful to these strange looking birds for happily giving up their lives so we may enjoy eating them....i especially hope that the huge one that chased me everyday for 3 weeks in Yalikavak recieved the indignity of having a medicine ball sized lump of sage and onion rammed up it's harris far enough to make it's eyes bulge before it realised it was curtains!!........ ^-^ :D
People Of Britain.. When your missus asks "Does my bum look big in this? Never say "Dunno your blocking the light."... just sayin ????
