Nile Sat V Digiturk
« on: October 20, 2011, 12:13:01 PM »
I asked about TV earlier in the year and I lot of people recommended Nile Sat. In the end I went with Digiturk as I thought this might be a lower maintenance option. So far on both visits there have been issues with the TV and I don't have a signal at present.

I'm now thinking about changing over to Nilesat and wondered:

What the best place to get if from is and how much it currently costs including the dish?
What English channels it now has (inc Childrens)
Finally for those of you that have had it for some time how often has your dish needed to be realigned?

Thanks!!

Vally

Not sure nile sat is here anymore or any good, from what i know the dish has to be "tweeked" every other week, i had the Turkish TV and it was not good, if you like adverts have it!!!  i have UK TV access £4.99 a month and ex pat shield which is free, works for me and costs nowt for an every night entertainment. Tv here is a gamble, turkish TV was a pain, all adverts all repeats and nothing in English to understand what you are watching, or when.  Mine i have to say works lovely i only watch UK TV and it suits me fine, good luck!! Am just going to cook my dinner and watch 70 degrees north whilst i cook it. p.s if you like football i have no idea what you should get!!
