Restaurants under cover
« on: October 08, 2011, 03:35:17 PM »
Hello, hoping for some advice from the good people on here. I know I am getting a little obsessed about the weather but just in case the forecast is correct and we get some rain next week please could you suggest some restaurants under cover.....we have only ever been in August and we love the roof top restaurants. We were planning to visit the Fish Terrace, Korsan, Gourmet, Coast.....any suggestions/thoughts?? Thanks

There's also Alternatif, just below the Adda Tours webcam - we had one of the best meals ever there...

Seaport Restaurant on the Harbour front has a covered area with awning doors, very cozy and you can still see the sea!!

Nar has a good indoor room on the first floor.    Doy Doy has plenty of cover on rainy days - you can still see the harbour and enjoy the spectacle of a thunderstorm!    These two restaurants are amongst our favourites, not just for the wet days.

I understand Bread and More on the Kalamar Road has a reasonable sized space indoors where they whisk tables when it is rainy.

I suppose we really all want lovely sunny weather when on holiday in Kalkan so we can relax by pools and on roof terraces but it is interesting to see just how it can rain in Kalkan and the mists descending down the hills.   Another face of Kalkan.   Enjoy all its faces and have a great holiday whatever the weather.
