Arrived home last night after another fantastic holiday in Kalkan. We took our friends with us this time, who now can't wait to return with us again.
Had some of the best food ever, yet again, especially the fillet steak in mushroom sauce from Mussakka mmmmmmmmmm.

Great food also at Akin (Ahmed is such a nice man) and Barahat

Had some nice chilled afternoons at Cafe Del Mar and Yali Bar

Now looking to get booked up again for next June and September.

We now have that Kalkan bug everyone talks about, with the only cure being to return again and again.

We are arriving on the 3rd and hoping to catch the Kalkan bug to  , the good 1 that is!!! Any sign of the not so nice one? did you have ice in your drinks and eat salads?

4 of us had ice and salad most days and didn't have any stomach problems, apart from being bloated from eating and drinking too much that is.

We came back last week ate salad every day and had ice in all our spritzers and no tummy trouble whatsover, even forgot one day and drank a large glass of tap water, silly me, but still no problems, thank goodness. So I don't think you have anything to worry about. Hope you have a great time, wish I was going again too!
