Water Water every where but none to drink

I've sent emails to the baskan regarding the water when it started nearly two weeks ago and have not heard a dam thing from him and I translated it into Turkish using google translate to send it to him..............We have had more problems this year then ever if I clump the days together regarding having water it's about 2 in 8 weeks we've had a constant supply of water which is not great........Cosetta if you have the contact details please can you send them to me please.
I've got every thing crossed that it's all sorted by Monday the day it now said it should be..............................
