Can visitors tourists and non residents have their own private section on the forum

I think your missing the point Misty, it is only to allow owners of properties in certain complexes, or clubs / societies etc the ability to discuss matters of interest only to themselves. Im sure other forum members do not wish to read long discussions on communal gardening for example!
