Kalkan Property Valuation vs How much to offer?

Hi All,

Would appreciate some advice on the following:

- Is it possible to get a property valued prior to making an offer? Who is the best person to carry out this valuation in Kalkan ASAP?
 
- If not possible, how else can I ensure I don't buy an overvalued property in Kalkan?
