Ideas for stag do

Following the very kind help I received in finding a restaurant for my hen do, I now need some help in organising a day out for my fiance's stag do!
Us girls are going out on a boat for the day and the boys wanted to do something like Go-karting but we don't think there's a go-kart track located near Kalkan. Quad-biking is a no-go because one of our friends was very badly hurt in an accident so that area is off limits. 
Could anyone suggest any "manly" type activities for a bunch of energetic and sporty stags?!

Para gliding off the mountains behind Olu Deniz or Kas should fit the bill.  If that's a bit too manly for some, I am sure one of the beach clubs would be able to organise a water sports day.
