Oh dear, All I did was to ask a few questions and the comedians have started. Thanks for the answers Ray. If I knew what synopsis meant I'd respond to the request. That's if it's down to me to do so. I asked the questions initially because I'm not convinced that security cameras of the kind being looked into by the Beledie and the Jandarma actually work, a lot of them in England have been switched off. But what you're proposing is different. I still think that there will be problems in a small remote town that can't maintain water, electric or 'phone systems on a constant basis,  and what Cosetta said makes a lot of sense.
I think the money could be better spent but there doesn't seem to be a system of contacting the various authorities with suggestions, assuming that is that they would welcome any, other than attending the council meetings and that means pot luck as to whether or not you happen to be there at the time.
