Help with villa location

hi
have found a villa that is available and affordable BUT after looking on Google Earth it appears to be just infront of the main road.How noisy would that road be?And would it be a 15 minute walk to town? It appears to be above the Elvina complex,same level as the school but to the left just by a main road.

Its a beautiful airy modern villa with fab views but doesnt seem to be in walking distance of a quick lunch or a quick supermarket trip?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

If you are close to the school then 15 mins into the centre of town is about right a bit less to reach some of the supermarkets a little longer to the harbour. Might be a bit longer coming back as its all up hill

Back to the drawing board,its booked,really struggling to find a modern villa,most seem to be booked!

If the villa is close to the school then there are a few places to go for lunch within a 5 minute walk.  Omars, Nur hotel, Nur Patiserie(sp) and Cinar and just a miniute or two more to Parc Kalkan.  Yali supermarket is just by Cinar too - only 5 minutes away.

It prob is 10-15 mins to the centre of down but its not for lunch or the supermarket.
