Earthquake insurance

'Just had a quote of £131 for buildings,contents,earthquake and accidental damage insurance for our 1 bedroomed apartment in Kisla.Does this seem reasonable? Company is Intrasure.Would welcome any comments.

Of course, I have not had to make a claim yet! Intrasure can also do DASK insurance.

We got our home & contents insurance & 3rd party liability through Intasure and our DASK through Sedali in Kalkan - will need to check but remember it being very reasonable.

Is insurance is gambling?
I think, insurance is not gambling, because you are working with statistics with insurance. A company will never insure one person, they will insure tens of thousands to millions of people. Once you reach such a large number of clients, the variations does not affect you greatly anymore.
