How can we get the best out of Kalkan in a week

hi, we are visiting kalkan for our first time, as by everyone else, we want o get the best out of our first week in this place and indeed this country..  we got to have a turkish bath somewhere.. any suggestions would be appreciated..  ive printed off some tips from john's posting back in 2008 which look pretty useful..  restaurants ? trips ? (but we ant to relax really) good bar ?  any clues would be much appreciated..  we travel out on monday 19th july..  ed

I think I have said before that we always start with breakfast on the first morning up at Mediteran up on the hill as it is such a great place and view and we take our swimming stuff then just chill for the morning. Would also recommend a day on a gulet as a must.
