A friend told me that the 1 piece of hand luggage for EJ is not weight limited, I also cant find any restriction on their website either. Can anyone confirm this for me. At present looking to book for Sept 6th and EJ are at present better priced. Thanks in advance

Your friend is correct, however case dimensions are an issue. They don't specify dimensions but do so it is "within reason" and must fit in the overhead locker. So small and heavy is fine!

The dimensions allowed are 25cm x 45cm x 56cm. Just about to pack mine to go home from Kalkan tonight.

Some people on our flight were ridiculous with hand luggage....it would take Arnold Schwarzenegger to have lifted it into the overhead locker and if it fell out your head would be flat!!.....and whats with the Wheeling your luggage down the plane bashing everybody?...Stop it!!

I take as little as possible on plane, but I do understand that with so many airlines charging for hold luggage people will endeavour to get as much into hand luggage as possible. What does get me with Easyjet though, is that they constantly ask to fill from the back so that a queue doesnt build up and passengers still choose to sit at the front and then struggle to get their hand luggage in the overhead lockers quickly. I dont know how Easyjet staff keep their cool sometimes!

certain things I would hate to be withoput if my luggage was misplaced; make up, face creams, jewellery, camera, mp3 player, medication and netbook and although I have over years streamlined them its astonishing what it all ends up weighing. Safe journey Tatilde. Lizard I would never dream of 'wheeling' along isle and banging you

be careful with face creams and make-up in hand luggage as they are classed as "liquids". Check with the airport website as to what you can or can't put in your hand luggage...if you can't be without them, you'd hate to have them confiscated

have it all down pat now, allowed sizes all in my clear plastic re-sealable bag. Never get asked to show it though $:-\$

Sorry no chocolate. Purple is my fave colour and I love yorkshire terriers lol

Did you see the guy on telly showing how to beat the budget airlines.....he has a gilet that has 22 storage pockets on it......fills them up and wears it on the plane..looks like a dork but hey it works
