Noise & Light Pollution

Have any residents or people who visit for long periods had any problems with noise or light pollution from establishments, bars. hotels etc this year? and if so did they manage [ and if so how ] to have the nuisance stopped.
Apparently the Belediye agreed that music was allowed "unless it affected residential areas" but this does not seem to be enforced
Anyone have any ideas?

We have noticed from Patara Prince the noise from across the bay has been louder this year, but a couple of gins before bedtime and we dont hear it anymore 
 
Seriously though I wouldnt have the first idea what would or could be done, but Kalkan does have more bass this year!
