Nice to see that the building that once housed Daphne's will be open again this year and we're looking forward to trying Coast Lounge when we're there in May/June. The extra balconies in Mussakka sound a little scary for a wuss like me who's scared of heights

An outside bar is also mentioned at the Kaya...anyone know where abouts this will be situated (No!! don't say outside !!)

i mean at the Front/rear/or side?

And I like the idea of passing the ice cream shop every time i visit the town

Im sorry to see that the bar at the Atlantis has now become a coffee shop. It was always a great place to stop off at on the way to and from town from the Kalamar Road. The guys were always really friendly. So are they just running the restaurant now then

Just a quick note for EK customers, AddaTours have now moved into the Daphne building and shall be closing the office by Luka.

Jon, the news that Adda Tours is moving from "Adda Street" into Daphne's contradicts the news on KTLN

The site indicates a restaurant called Chapter One is going into Daphne's - to be run by Neco from Ilban and his wife Jane. Are they sharing the building?

I seem to recall that Adda had an office there last september.On the ground floor.Please correct me if I'm wrong,just a vague recollection.

..don't recall anyone being in Daphne's building when we were there earlier in the season, which is why I was glad it was re-opening - such a lovely building and the roof terrace had nice views.
Don't think we went past it at all when we were there in October, so can't say if Adda were there then, Johnjen - although they were definitely still up by the Kas Road as we'd pass that way several times a day

Adda were in the ground floor of the Daphne building last year and also on the road just before Luka restaurant. Daphne restaurant (on the upper floors) was empty last year but according to KTLN will be occupied by Chapter One run by Neco & Jayne from Ilban restaurant (up past Kaya) not the same Jane who is opening the 'tea cafe' near the old Zeki's.

I cant understand why the ice cream shop got turned down for the place across from the soup kitchen,It would have been a great place for it,maybe someone with more clout has got an eye on it.
