Christmas Culinary Disasters
« on: December 26, 2009, 12:27:43 PM »
Did anyone have any cooking mishaps yesterday? I managed to put the roast potatoes in the oven with the roasting tin stuck to a chopping board. The result was an oven dripping in molten grey plastic!

:o oh dear. Hope the leftovers haven't hardened into solid plastic ;)
Unusually for me everything went well other than forgetting completely to cook some of the veggies and discovering the duck that I bought must have been a size zero model as had hardly any meat on it ???
Ah well luckily I also had a lovely turkey and a ham too so everyone had more than enough :)
