Apparently, Mehmet of Kelebek has read the various postings in this thread and is quite unhappy about them. 

Perhaps there is a lesson to be learned by all shop owners and employees:  making the sale is only half the deal; after-sales service and prompt attention to customer complaints is just as important to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As noted below, we did finally receive our replacement chair the same afternoon of my previous post, then only after I became very angry and told them to either deliver the chair immediately or take everything back and refund our money.  In spite of being told in the same conversation that there were no drivers and no truck available because it was the day before Bayram, an hour later Mehmet and a driver brought the new chair.

Sorry Mehmet, but I told the facts as they are.  You are a nice guy and a good salesman but you need to be much more careful with your after-sales customer service and complaints in future, then you won't have to read negative postings.

If you had a good aftersale service and competent complaints procedures Mehmet, (which really would not cost you a great deal financially) the several people who (I recommended not to go to you, but instead Fethiye) purchasing over 14000tl worth of items, would have come to you!
But, it looks like you just don't get it. Well you cannot say you've not been told.

I'm sorry Mehmet but your disappointment is a bit like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted. Never over promise and under deliver.
Nothing is really work unless you would rather be doing something else.
