This hotel is located in one of the quietest parts of kalkan, it's also quite far from the centre in kalamar. The hotel ticks all the boxes for a good holiday,
the one downside is the constant loud music played at the bar all afternoon and evening. It's very disturbing if you're trying to relax around the pool during the day and if you're trying to sleep at night.
Many guests, including friends of ours complain, but unfortuantely the bar staff seem to be a law unto themselves. The best  thing to do is ask them to turn it down and then at least they will for a while, and when it goes up ask them again, remember they're waiters and there for your benefit, not the other way around
never buy a house anywhere without an independent surveyors report

Yes I stayed there last month and had an amazing time.  The food was lovely but make sure to get there promptly in the evening as there is no second service and it tends to go quick!

The layout and architecture of the hotel is very appealing and they do a great turkish bath there.

Beware the drinks prices at the bar as it is quite a bit more expensive than the local bars and cafes.  Hope you enjoy your stay!

Kim21 can only agree with you. They seem to assume that everyone staying there wants to hear loud thumpy [with the bass turned right up] music all the time.
Goodness knows it must be terrible to stay there and if you want to go to sleep early - forget it I would suggest >:(
