Umbrellas

Can anyone advise the best place to buy a new set of umbrellas, that are reasonably good quality. Ours have faded badly and the plastic bases perished/cracked in less than a year.

We probably need 6 1.5m and a couple of 2.5m

I have just paid 250 lira for big umbrella and 225 lira for smaller ones - white with concrete bases, wheelable - they were ordered and delivered by our Agent - but I think they came from kelebek on the kas road...

Have a look at this thread - you maybe able to get them repaired instead of buying new ones.

Thanks for the advice, our existıng umbrellas are probably too cheap to be worth repairing. We have just been to Kelebek and after a bit of measuring up will probably order the big umbrellas tomorrow.

Always found you pay top price at Kelebek ! We found good umbrellas online (and ordered online) for 139 lira each and concrete bases (with wheels) in Kalkan for 60 lira each.

Those would be the ones that fall apart after a year....

I bought a large pool Umbrella from Kelebek 4 years ago. It was not the cheapest, but was well made and had a heavy concrete base. It has outlasted all my other umbrellas, and hopefully has many years left in it yet!
