Internet Cafe
« on: July 08, 2009, 10:37:19 PM »
I felt a bit lost in Kalkan recently with no TV or internet access (although I caught the Rugby and a bit of Wimbledon at Moonlight etc).

I didn''t have a laptop so couldn''t take advantage of the free wifi, does anyone kinow if there is an Internet cafe in Kalkan?

cheers
Andy

There''s an internet place on the the main road going out of town (left-hand side) between Bar-b que restaurant and Kartin supermaket.  Cafe del Mar also has a computer with free internet access. I''m sure there''ll be other places too.

The internet cafe i used, every day im sad to say, was Lemon Internet Cafe opposite Oz Adana up the road from Tesko.  He charges 2 lira. Sometimes he would charge me less but that is up to an hour. Very hot in there tho, no air con!

Bit ironic we went to Dr Cem behind Tesko for the wife to have her mosquito bites treated - they went very angry.

Bill £100 - mind you she didnlt mind too much the "paramedic" was very dishy!!

So near yet so far when it came to internet access - typical.
