A New member and we are going in July

Hi all,

My name is tracy, we are going to Kalkan for the first time in July for 2 weeks,
I would like to say what a great site this is and the information is great,
we have hired a villa and i was trying to find where is was on the map does anybody
know of KACTUS SOKAK (TN69).

I cheated and googled it - Kactüs Sokak features for a couple of villas, Manzara Evı and Villa Incantata and thıs street appears to be ın the Patara Prınce resort area, just south east of the town, off the road to KaÅŸ.  I could not find it detailed on the varıous maps, but hope this is of some little help

Thanks for that, but that sounds far from the main area? don''t tell me we will have to walk miles
to get into the excitement of everything. I think our villa is manzara.

Hi Woody - are you the same ''Woody'' from TA??

If you are in the Patara Prince resort or near it - you will need to walk along the Kas road to the town - probably a 15-20 minute walk but quite level.  If you do a search - other people will recommend a small torch to help as there are no pavements along the kas road.

To set the record straight ... Kaktus Sok is nowhere near Club Patara, it is totally on the opposite side of the bay, leads down from the Akbel Road.  In this small area of Ortalaan there are several very large villas on big lots; low population density.  Villa Incantata is in this area.  Manzara Evi is a villa within Club Patara.
