Go Karting by the School?

Sorry, but for those who love Kalkan and cherish the peace and quiet and for those who have invested in property they do take any comments like this seriously.  It''s hard to tell the difference between a wind up and the truth when you don''t know if the posting (or the person posting) is genuine or not .  If you read the above comments there were some statements made that would lead you to believe that plans were indeed going ahead for a go kart track near the school.  If there is no truth in this then I''m sorry but my sense of humour doesn''t stretch that far!

Wow worm and can of spring to mind here !!!!

To clear things up I have dug out the CD and info pack the developer gave me and Emailed him regarding the Karting track. He has replied and confirmed the villa I like is still for sale (big discount for early sale)  Regarding the Karting track yep still going ahead only area he is having some issues with is the height of the floodlight towers......

Why is evryone getting so upset its adding another feature to the town !!!

Maybe you could post the email Misty, Im sure people would like this clarifying once and for all.

With the location of our villa where it is - right by the school - I can see us having our peace and quiet completely shattered but I am having trouble believing it....

I cant post the Email as it contained some private financial details.......but I''m now beginning to feel maybe he is winding me on this one  I thought I was to smart to fall for such things but hey there you go......I put my hand up as well and truly got !!!
