Rental tax

If rental income for 2008 does not reach reach the taxable threshold, does anyone know whether the accountant still has to lodge details with the tax authorities?
I am thinking that we may still have to pay the accountant even though there is no tax to pay.

Yes, the tax forms still have to be submitted so you still have to pay the accountant.

Ali Tunc has confirmed he still has to lodge our details even though we didn''t reach the tax threshold. For that he will charge 100 lira.
